The body also creates up to 50% extra blood, so along with the extra weight on the legs this can cause extra pressure on veins as they become engorged, which in turn can cause cramps and for the legs to become very sore. Hot Stones Massage: Our Hot stones massage focuses on the stones that are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. Heat has long been used to ease muscle tension and pain. It helps increase blood flow to the affected area. It may also reduce muscle spasms and increase flexibility and range of motion.
Post Cancer Lymphedema Massage: Lymphedema is a condition where the extremities become swollen as a result of damage to the body's lymphatic system—particularly the lymph nodes. This treatment is a gentle noninvasive therapy, the lymphatic drainage massage will help with the swelling and build up fluids in various parts of the body and unblock lymphatic vessels.
